Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will support daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating financial records using Quarto software.

Support the reconciliation of bank statements and other accounts.

Transaction Processing:

Record and process invoices, payments, and expenses.

Assist in the preparation of payroll.

Data Entry and Analysis:

Enter financial data accurately into the system.

Analyze data for consistency and accuracy.

Assistance in Reporting:

Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Maintain organized financial documentation and records.

Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes.
