As a Junior Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly and support our strategic business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
Full Set of AccountsHandle payment vouchers, official receipts & bank transactions
Reconcile bank statements, AR/AP, and prepare journal entries
Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
Prepare and submit SST-02 & Withholding Tax (forms and payments)
Produce monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance)
Process monthly payroll & statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
Issue payslips and submit Form E & EA Forms
Timely corporate tax & withholding tax submissions
Execute e-Invoice & reconciliation
Liaise with tax agents/auditors if required
Analyze data and trends to support budgeting & forecasting
Contribute to strategic planning and financial modelling
Monitor production, labor & material costs
Maintain cost accounting systems and assist with internal controls
Update audit schedules and assist with ad hoc finance-related tasks
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in handling full-set accounts
Familiar with Malaysian tax (SST, Withholding Tax) and payroll submissions
Able to manage e-invoicing processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting software
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Excellent time management and organizational skills
