Junior Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Account Exec to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking e-invoice transactions and assisting with basic accounting tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

1. A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
3. Experience with e-invoicing and accounting software (e.g., Autocount) is a MUST
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
9. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a must
10. Within the age range of 22 to 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and verify e-invoice transactions for accuracy (MUST familiar with e-invoice)
2. Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
3. Reconcile bank statements and financial records
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting files and records
5. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
6. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
7. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
8. Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
9. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Working Hour: Mon – Fri (8am – 5.30pm)

Offering a salary range between RM2,400 and RM2,800.
