Job summary

Conspec Builders (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated accounting professional in Malaysia to manage payables and receivables, handle intercompany transactions, and support banking facilities. The role requires accurate postings and timely financial records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 1–3 years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of GL and AP processes, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 1-3 years in accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing.
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills.
• Detail oriented and quick learner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Account Payables - payments and creditor ageing list, handle supplier enquiries
• Intercompany Transactions
• Account Receivables - Issues tax invoices & receipts, call debtors, SOA
• Assist in financial reporting to liase with auditors
• Applications of Bank Facilities
