Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle a full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
  2. Perform monthly bank reconciliations, monthly analysis, daily cheque issuance, and daily collections.
  3. Submit management reports as per deadlines.
  4. Update the monthly ageing report.
  5. Assist superiors as required.
  6. Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
  7. Manage day-to-day operations of accounting records and filing.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum education: Degree in Accounting.
  2. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Proactive and committed to work.
  5. Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  6. Good personality, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated.
  7. Good communication skills.
  8. Able to start immediately or on short notice.
  9. Location: Sunway Velocity.
