Job description

Junior 3D Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models of characters, objects, and environments based on given concepts or references
• Apply textures, colors, and materials to 3D models to enhance visual quality
• Support basic rigging and animation tasks, such as character movement or object interaction
• Organise and manage 3D assets and project files in an efficient and clean structure
• Assist the team in preparing 3D content for various platforms including VR, games, and digital media
• Collaborate on pre-production work such as visual references, sketches, or scene planning
• Stay updated with basic 3D production trends and techniques

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar)
• Interest in 3D design, animation, and digital content creation
• Eagerness to learn and improve technical and artistic skills
• Good attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Ability to accept feedback and work as part of a team
• Strong time management and file organisation skills
• Bonus if familiar with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma, degree or certification in 3D Animation, Multimedia, Digital Art, or a related field
• A basic portfolio or sample of 3D work (3d models, 3d animations, renders, etc.)
