Junior 3D Events and Exhibitions Designer

We are looking for talented individuals capable of transforming concepts into 3D designs with a strong sense of spatial awareness and creativity within the event and exhibition industry.

Job Summary:

We seek a creative and detail-oriented 3D Events and Exhibitions Designer to conceptualize, design, and execute immersive and engaging exhibition spaces, event setups, and environments. The ideal candidate will combine technical skills in 3D modelling software with a strong sense of spatial design, creativity, and branding. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and production teams to bring ideas to life in trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and other corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize and design 3D environments for events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
  2. Create high-quality, detailed 3D models, renderings, and visualizations using software such as 3D Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, AutoCAD, or similar.
  3. Develop designs that align with client briefs, event themes, and brand guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with project teams, clients, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and meet aesthetic and budget requirements.
  5. Prepare detailed floor plans, technical drawings, and visual presentations to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and materials to create innovative design solutions.
  7. Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field with minimum 1-year relevant experience (Exhibition Booth & Festival Decoration).
  2. Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as 3D Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or AutoCAD.
  3. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentations and graphic design.
  4. Strong understanding of spatial design, architecture, and event space planning.
  5. Experience in designing for live events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Ability to translate client briefs into creative and innovative design concepts.
  8. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Spatial Design, or related field.
