Job description

JSP Export Operations Executive

  1. Order Processing
    • Identify order types: Demand mode, Make to order, and IVC flow orders management.
    • Run and download VL10B and LSO reports.
    • Release PO from APO.
    • Ensure on-time issuance of OBD for load planning and handle special cases like IVC models with auto PGI.
    • Arrange transport trials for new SKUs or when loading methods change.
    • Coordinate external pre-shipment inspections.
    • Create visibility by preparing and publishing weekly shipment status updates to the importing market.
    • Prepare PFI for LC shipments, especially for the SAR market.
    • Provide PFI for third-party shipments for pre-clearance.
    • Use IVC flow to identify Nestrade PO numbers and DC/STPO numbers for US shipments (Nestrack submission).
    • Perform container utilization checks before creating PO/SO.
    • Optimize container capacity utilization per load.
  2. Shipment Booking and Container Planning
    • Place and secure shipment bookings in advance based on forecasts.
    • Understand and comply with GLP contract T&C (container free days, contract allocation, lifting performance).
    • Review freight rates based on the allocation file for exporting markets.
    • Timely review and revise unplanned bookings to avoid penalties from liners.
    • Verify liner invoices promptly (D&D, freight, miscellaneous charges).
    • Provide land transporter shipment forecasts and container planning.
    • Follow up on container delivery and laden status (land shipments).
    • Monitor past due PGI statuses.
    • Perform order assignment in Cargoo.
  3. Claims and Complaints Handling
    • Regularly review customer complaints and update statuses.
    • Coordinate investigations with stakeholders until resolution.
    • Issue CN or DN upon approval.
  4. Billing
    • Ensure timely billing of shipments.
    • Perform final billing for air shipments.
    • Issue and provide CIPL (commercial invoice and packing list) as necessary.
  5. Stocks Monitoring
    • Comply with Shipment Remaining Shelf Life (RSL) policies upon dispatch, according to Product Brief (PB).
    • Optimize export inventories.
    • Regularly review and housekeep bad goods.
  6. System Health Check and Monthly Report Preparation
    • Regularly review the Scheduling Step (Export view) to align with transport lane lead times in APO.
    • Prepare reports and slides for all Operation Reviews.
    • Prepare land trucking reports.
