We are looking for a IT Recruiter who will help us shape, build, and scale our organization.

Location: Subang Jaya

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
  • Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates.
  • Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies.
  • Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.
  • Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams.
Qualifications:
  • Atleast 2 years full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.
  • Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a global hiring environment (APAC region).
