Support DA Delivery team by familiarizing HUB processes specific to Projects, KPIs, queries for all collection services and execute them in coordination with local level HUB resources / local Delivery resources as per SOP & SLAs as per aligned timelines. Understand country level exceptions, nuances, timelines, requirements etc in detail and work with your manager to bring standardization in future operations.
