The LRT Mutiara Line is set to become the heartbeat of Penang’s transport transformation — the first integrated metro system in the northern region and a cornerstone of the Penang Transport Master Plan. Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) has been appointed as the asset owner and project developer.

The LRT Mutiara Line is Penang’s biggest public transport project — and we’re building the team to deliver it.

We’re looking for engineering talents at all levels:

• Junior Engineer
• Engineer
• Senior Engineer

We welcome talents with backgrounds in the following disciplines.

• Civil & Structural Engineering
• Systems & Rail Engineering
• Architecture & Design
• Project Management / Construction Management

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering disciplines from a recognized institution
• CGPA of ≥ 3.00 or equivalent
• Between 2 - 8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, transportation or rail projects (preferred for engineer and senior engineer roles)
• Strong analytical, communication and team collaboration skills
• A passion for nation building and a drive for excellence
• All positions are based in Penang. Priority consideration will be given to talents from the northern region (Perak, Penang, Kedah and Perlis).
