Job summary

Foxar Athon is seeking a detail-oriented graphic designer who thrives on understanding briefs and turning insights into clear visuals for marketing, branding and product campaigns. The role requires native or professional fluency in Mandarin.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand project briefs and study objectives before designing.
• Research client products, services, competitors to ensure relevant visuals.
• Design digital marketing assets including social media creatives, ads, decks, website visuals and branding assets.
• Apply typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy to improve readability and attention.
• Adapt designs across platforms while maintaining brand identity.
• Work with strategists, copywriters and project teams to ensure visuals support the marketing message.
• Organise design files, assets and folders for future collaboration.
• Prepare artwork for internal reviews and final production by checking specifications and quality.
• Apply feedback to refine layouts and communication for greater effectiveness.
• Build understanding of branding, marketing and business through client projects.

What You'll Do

• Understand project briefs, campaign objectives, brand guidelines and target audiences by studying project requirements before designing.
• Research the client's products, services, competitors and visual references so that every design communicates with relevance and purpose.
• Design digital marketing assets including social media creatives, advertisements, presentation decks, website visuals, campaign materials and branding assets that align with communication objectives.
• Apply typography, layout, colour, hierarchy and visual principles to improve readability, consistency and user attention.
• Adapt designs across different platforms, formats and campaign requirements while maintaining visual consistency and brand identity.
• Work with strategists, copywriters, video editors and project teams to ensure visuals support the overall marketing message.
• Organise design files, working assets, templates and project folders so that files remain structured, accessible and ready for future collaboration.
• Prepare artwork for internal reviews and final production by checking specifications, consistency and design quality before delivery.
• Apply feedback thoughtfully by refining layouts, typography and visual communication to improve the effectiveness of every design.
• Build your understanding of branding, marketing and business by continuously learning from client projects and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Familiar with Figma and Canva.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media formats.
• Comfortable using AI design tools to improve productivity and creative workflows.
