Job summary

You will design and deliver engaging lesson plans for whole classes or small groups, aligned with the Kinderkaizen curriculum modules, while adapting activities to suit children's interests and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Warm, imaginative, reflective educator with a passion for young children.
• Ability to design engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons.
• Strong communication with both children and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Build nurturing relationships with young children through play, storytelling, and discussion.
• Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Kinderkaizen curriculum.
• Facilitate regular discussions and reflections with children.
• Ensure activities align with Kinderkaizen content and philosophy.
• Observe, document, and track development against milestones.
• Supervise and provide a safe, structured environment for activities and field trips.
• Prepare assessments and learning journeys highlighting progress and growth.
• Collaborate with the Principal for ongoing reflection on themes and progress.
