The Officer Fuel Kiosk is responsible for performing and maintaining records of daily fuel issuance for all ground support equipment at KLIA.
Key Responsibilities
- Record, collect, and compile all fuel chits and perform data entry daily.
- Check and record daily opening and closing dipstick and meter readings.
- Monitor the serviceability of fuel dispensers and tankers, advising superiors for immediate remedial actions if defects are detected.
Qualifications & Experience
- SPM with 0-2 years of experience or SPVM with MLVK Automotive Certificate (Basic) level.
- Mandatory attendance at all regulatory and training sessions as per AeroDarat Training Manual (TGM).
- Valid class “D” Malaysian Driving License.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office and PC literacy.
- Valid airfield driving permit.
- Ability to record, collect, and compile fuel data daily.
- Ability to check and record dipstick and meter readings.
- Ensure JPJ licence and MAHB driving permit are always valid.
- Monitor fuel dispenser and tanker serviceability; advise superiors of defects.
- Maintain the fuel kiosk in a clean, safe, and well-maintained condition, ensuring good housekeeping.
- Maintain discipline and punctuality.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform acceptance and record dipstick readings before and after each fuel delivery.
- Report any irregularities or discrepancies immediately.
- Undertake clerical duties related to GSE Asset and Fuel Management as required.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Uphold high standards of quality, safety, security, health, and environmental practices.
