Job Opportunity: Turnaround Coordinator

We have a job opportunity for you. See the details below:

Position: Turnaround Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the turnaround.
  • Work closely with turnaround team members.
  • Gatekeeper for activities (GO-NO-GO); activities not meeting pre-set conditions will not be allowed for execution.
  • Host pre-turnaround weekly coordination meetings, activities, challenge sessions, team-building, pre-mob briefings, and implement lessons learned from previous years.
  • Review personnel count (POB) to ensure all work can be completed within the limited AWB POB.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of manpower and materials to various locations, including onshore Bintulu Onshore Receiving Facility (BORF) and offshore platforms, managing inflow of up to 1,000 personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a project/operations/maintenance engineer or equivalent in upstream Oil & Gas environment.
  • Experience in major planned turnarounds and proficiency in MS Projects.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Basic working knowledge of offshore and onshore oil and gas production processes.
