Job Opportunity – Senior Material Planner

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years experience in expediting both Company’s and Contractor’s Long Lead items.
• Has prior experience in managing, maintaining material records and monitoring expediting activity for packages supplied by Company and contractor, and provide a weekly update in reporting.
• Has prior experience in communicating and arranging movement of materials between locations (Fabrication Yard, Labuan Supply Base, EPC Kuching Yard etc) via coordination with Shell Custom and Freight Forwarding Team. This includes dealing the next logistics process to offshore location i.e managing request of vessels with LSB Logistic, allocation of deck spaces and raising COG.
• Has prior experience in custom clearance process for both Company’s and Contractor’s materials, including dealing with the state and federal custom officials.
• Has prior experience Company’s Write-On System to enable the final materials handover completion with Operation team
• Has prior experience in project spare parts delivery via e-SPIR identification process, and then to follow up with purchase, expediting and inspection of spares parts.
• Has prior experience in PETRONAS surplus disposal process which includes the Liquid8 system and Royal Custom’s approval prior next process of Write-Off (disposals) and bidding for Scrap contractors.
