Job Opportunity : SAP Technical Assistant
Work Location : Sarawak

Some Key Responsibilities:-

– Support Cost Engineer, Team Lead Cost Engineering, Project Services Lead, Project Finance Manager in submitting WBS request for any update or new requirement.
– Inform Cost Engineer when WBS is ready for use.
– Responsible to enter cost estimates into SAP & phase it.
– Responsible to run SAP cost report to check that cost estimates are correctly entered and phased.
– Support Cost Engineer in preparing project monthly cost reports and monitoring the budget.
– Responsible to update expenditure phasing in SAP to reflect schedule changes where required.
– Responsible to create an external/internal activity element under the relevant network activity. Provide a meaningful description to the element.

Requirements:-
– Min. 10 years industry experience in SAP administration positions.
– Min. SPM or equivalent experience.
– User of SAP PS/PM Modules.
– Fully versed with SAP system principles and techniques.
