Job Opportunity – Drilling Superintendent / Senior Drilling Engineer / Drilling Engineer

We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Duration: Until 31 December 2025 (with possible extension)

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate overall planning and operational strategies, obtaining necessary approvals from the company.
2. Manage engineering team members in preparing Well Design Basis, Drilling Program, Section Guidelines, Logistics Management Plan, and related documents.
3. Supervise drilling and well construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to well programs, safety, and environmental regulations, and managing service contractors.
4. Support drilling operations, including crew movement, supply chain management, and obtaining drilling program approvals from the government.
5. Facilitate coordination of drilling operations through daily offshore and onshore meetings, and contribute to well program development.
6. Assist in developing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment plans in collaboration with the HSE team, rig contractors, and service providers.

Experience: Over 15 years in the oil industry and drilling activities.

Senior Drilling Engineer Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced expertise in drilling engineering for operational procedures, Well Design Basis, tender specifications, equipment recommendations, WP&B, and AFE documents.
• Analyze data to improve future operations.
• Monitor daily drilling activities and initiate Management of Change (MOC) processes as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics staff for safe and efficient operations.
• Act as Drilling Superintendent during leave.

Experience: Over 10 years in the oil industry and drilling activities around Malaysia.

Drilling Engineer Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced expertise in operational procedures, Well Design Basis, tender specifications, equipment recommendations, WP&B, and AFE documents.
• Conduct data analysis and develop End of Well Reports.
• Generate operational instructions, monitor daily activities, and manage MOC processes.
• Coordinate with logistics staff for safe and efficient operations.
• Act as Senior Drilling Engineer during leave.

Experience: 5–10 years in the oil industry around Malaysia.
