Job Opportunity : Assistant Turnaround Coordinator

Job Opportunity for the following position:-

1) Assistant Turnaround Coordinator.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Assist in management of the turnaround
• Works closely with turnaround team members
• Assist in Pre-Turnaround weekly coordination meetings, activities
challenge sessions, turnaround teambuilding, pre-mob briefings and
implementation of previous years’ lesson learned
• Participate in the review of the turnaround scopes together with
turnaround team members during the process of Scope Challenge & Scope
Freeze sessions.
• Review of personnel count (POB) to ensure all work listed in master list
can be completed within the limited AWB POB limit
• Ensure smooth deployment of manpower and materials to various
locations. Coverage includes onshore Bintulu Onshore Receiving Facility
(BORF) and offshore platforms Management of inflow of people into
various facilities to the tune of 1,000 pax in total.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Project
Management or equivalent.
• Have minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience as a
project / operations / maintenance engineer or
equivalent in upstream Oil & Gas environment.
• Proficient in SAP Material Management (MM)
module.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and
Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Possesses basic working knowledge of offshore
and onshore oil and gas production processes.
