We are a fast-growing wellness company based in Malaysia, managing multiple brands across the fitness, Pilates, massage, education, beauty, and retail industries.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant who understands membership-based business models and can manage accounting across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-scope accounting and financial management for 5+ business entities/brands
2. Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and statements
3. Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory regulations
4. Analyze revenue and cost structures for membership-based services (e.g., packages, subscriptions)
5. Handle franchise-related financial reconciliation, including royalty and profit-sharing models
6. Manage payroll, expense control, and payment scheduling
7. Liaise with external auditors and accounting firms
8. Set up and consult on accounting systems for new business ventures

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred
3. Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience (wellness/fitness industry experience is a plus)
4. Strong understanding of membership or package sales models
5. Experience handling accounting for multiple companies simultaneously
6. Proficiency in cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in communication and teamwork

Working Conditions

1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
2. Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
