Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Leverage Spring Boot's features like auto-configuration, embedded servers, and starter dependencies to streamline development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and DevOps for seamless integration and delivery.
Write clean, testable, and efficient Java code following best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services for performance and scalability.
Manage the debugging and troubleshooting of software issues and collaborate with the development team to meet project requirements.
Assist in the development of Java-based applications and systems.
Ensure that you continuously learn and stay updated on Java technologies and development practices.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Java (8 or higher) is preferred.
Proficient in using Spring Boot for building and deploying web applications and services is preferred.
Strong understanding of Spring Boot features such as auto-configuration, embedded Tomcat, Spring Data JPA, and Actuator.
Hands-on experience with microservices development using Spring Boot.
Understanding of RESTful API standards and inter-service communication patterns (e.g., REST, messaging queues).
Experience working with SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with REST API design, security, and best practices.
Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and standard development workflows.
