Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Java application development, maintenance, or production support.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c/19c, SQL queries, and troubleshooting.
• Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line tools experience.
• Understanding of incident management and troubleshooting processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 maintenance and production support for payment applications.
• Monitor performance and respond to incidents within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues with senior engineers and perform root cause analysis.
• Assist in deploying releases and post-deployment validation.
• Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot applications and fix bugs.
• Create and update technical documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with business users, infra teams, and developers for smooth operations.
• Support batch jobs, file processing, and data validation tasks.
• Participate in on-call support and scheduled maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards in a financial environment.
