Job summary

Peoplelake Resources Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Backend Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of server-side applications.

You will work across the full SDLC to deliver robust software that meets client requirements and supports ongoing operations. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on backend experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in back-end application development.
• Must have experience in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices and Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
• Analyse, develop, test, debug, and implement software applications to meet business requirements.
• Provide post-implementation application support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance existing applications to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones and assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:
