A leading company specializing in semiconductor distribution seeks a Japanese Speaker Sales Manager. The role focuses on managing Japanese customers in ASEAN, liaising closely with HQ, and expanding into new business sectors. This company is a subsidiary of a Japanese company, they specialize in semiconductor distribution, networking equipment, and cybersecurity solutions. They provides consultation, system integration, technical support, and after-sales services in Southeast Asia.
• Manage and grow Japanese customers in the ASEAN region
• Liaise closely with HQ in Japan on customers’ projects transfer to ASEAN
• Co-ordinate pricing with marketing department and facilitate quotes to customers
• Review customers’ forecast and work with customer service department to ensure smooth deliveries to
customers
• Build good rapport with customers to gain market share.
• Conduct face-to-face or online meetings with customers or internal parties to maintain good relationship, to
know customers’ production trend to budget sales amount or to discuss daily topics.
• To be engaged in the Company’s expansion into new business sectors that is beyond semiconductor
distribution.
Requirements
• Diploma and above
• Prefer Japanese speaker, JLPT N3 and above
• Non- Japanese speakers are welcome to apply
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in electronic components distribution business preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Positive attitude with problem solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Able to travel oversea
