Employment Details:
  • Type of employment: Part-time / Full-time
  • Position: Floor and kitchen staff
  • Job types: General restaurant work, customer service, cooking, cleaning
Salary:
  • Part-time: RM14/hour
  • Full-time: RM2,300+ per month (includes EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF)
Job Responsibilities:
Kitchen duties include:
  • Dishwashing, preparing buckwheat dough, making Donburi, cooking tempura
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, quantity, temperature, and presentation
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain freshness of ingredients and track FIFO
  • Minimize wastage
  • Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and hygienic
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Customer Service duties include:
  • Taking orders and serving customers promptly
  • Understanding menu and promotions
  • Maintaining cleanliness of service areas and toilets
  • Responding politely to guest queries
  • Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the manager
Additional Benefits:
