Job Description:

1. Supports the implementation of modifications to education and training programs that address educational gaps among medical professionals and are aligned with company strategy.
2. Assists in implementing cutting-edge digital technologies and content delivery methods that improve product understanding, enable safe and effective use, and enhance the overall medical professional customer experience.
3. Applies functional knowledge of professional medical education practices to inform the improvement of education plans, training programs, and content delivery methods that support corporate marketing and branding strategies and are aligned with on-label usage.
4. Analyzes opportunities to improve product performance by supporting product demonstrations and promoting company technologies at professional medical conferences, organization-sponsored symposia, and healthcare provider seminars.
5. Builds an in-depth knowledge of professional education programs and communicates ideas regarding the sustainability of medical education initiatives, innovative learning systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
6. Utilizes key performance indicators to monitor, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of education plan improvements and training program modifications.
7. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team and customers.
