The role:

As a Solarwinds SME, you will help drive our goals by:

• Administration, Project Support, and Daily Operation of the Solarwinds Orion platform / BAU / System and Service Configuration.
• Manage Solarwinds Access / Permissions.
• Creation of Basic and Enhanced Alert Conditions for Infrastructure and Services
• Gathering requirements and configure Application monitoring.
• Perform Alert Trending Analysis / Identify Alert Trends whenever required.
• Pro-actively Monitor Alerts / Ensuring all Alert Conditions are acknowledged.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with responsibility for the resolution through vendor / principal support for all Solarwinds related issues / alert conditions.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role :

• Must have a proven track record of manging and delivering Event Management and Availability Platform (preferable SolarWinds).
• Ideally 3+ years hands experience in SolarWinds technology.
