Responsibilities:

• Analyze and develop technology-driven business solutions to improve efficiency.
• Translate medium to large-scale and complex requirements into tailored solutions.
• Apply best practices, contribute to thought leadership, and serve as a subject matter expert to enhance marketplace reputation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Advanced proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
• Advanced Aveva OSIsoft PI proficiency (preferred).
• Intermediate Business Process Analysis Tools proficiency (preferred).
• Intermediate Requirements Analysis proficiency (preferred).
