Role: Warehouse Assistant / IT Technician

Location: HIGHSTEAD SDN BHD IPOH (Ipoh Garden, Bercham)

We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Assistant / IT Technician to support our daily warehouse and technical operations. This role is ideal for someone with basic IT knowledge and hands-on skills who’s eager to grow in the refurbished tech industry.

Responsibilities :

1. Technical Support

• Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs of refurbished computer units.
• Provide basic technical support for hardware-related issues.
• Conduct quality checks on IT equipment before distribution.
• Support customer inquiries related to products or services.

Warehouse Operations

• Handle incoming and outgoing stock.
• Organize and manage inventory efficiently.
• Perform basic packing and unpacking tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications :

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and IT systems.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and support (preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Prior experience in warehouse or IT roles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• IT certifications and relevant qualifications are a bonus.
