Performing inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks for computer hardware and customer network systems (software and hardware).

Recommending products to customers based on their needs and interests.

Preparing price quotations, contract terms, warranty details, and availability dates for each sale.

Consulting with customers after sales to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
