The successful candidate will manage network operations while ensuring security and reliability within a dynamic work environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years network/server room operation experience, preferably in large/medium enterprises.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Proficient in Windows 11 and basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server systems.

Responsibilities

1、Responsible for the planning, construction, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure to ensure secure and stable internal network operations.

2、Address network requirements from various departments and promptly resolve user-reported network failures.

3、Perform daily operation and maintenance of network and security devices to ensure stable and efficient performance.

4、Execute network upgrades and optimization initiatives to continuously enhance network reliability and user satisfaction.

5、Maintain physical infrastructure conditions in server rooms, including temperature, humidity, and air conditioning operations.

6、Proficient in computer operating system installations with basic knowledge of server operating systems.

Qualifications

1、Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of network/server room operation experience. Preference given to candidates with 3+ years in large/medium-sized enterprises.

2、Demonstrated ability to independently analyze network issues with substantial troubleshooting experience.

3、In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and OSI model; proficiency in static routing, VLAN, STP, NAT, and port aggregation; familiarity with load balancing and traffic control principles.

4、Experience with mainstream switches and firewalls (Cisco/Ruijie expertise preferred).

Skilled in using Zabbix for network monitoring, analysis, and issue resolution.

5、Risk-aware mindset with proactive approach to optimizing network/server room security vulnerabilities.

6、Conduct daily inspections of air conditioning and physical environments to ensure optimal server operating conditions.

7、Proficient in Windows 11 OS installation with basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server systems.

8、Ability to work under pressure with strong communication skills. CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.
