Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and update job descriptions and specifications.
  2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate job boards, social media channels, and internally to encourage referrals.
  3. Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
  4. Screen resumes and job applications.
  5. Conduct interviews using reliable recruitment tools and methods to shortlist candidates within schedule.
  6. Coordinate interviews with stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely processes.
  7. Ensure open requirements are closed within defined SLAs.
  8. Maintain rapport with stakeholders such as vendors, delivery teams, BGV teams, etc.
  9. Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  10. Follow HR recruiting best practices.
  11. Provide analytical and documented recruiting reports to the team.
  12. Build influential relationships with candidates during the selection process.
  13. Minimum 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 5+ years in IT recruiting.
  14. Experience sourcing, engaging, and activating active, passive, and aspiring candidates.
  15. Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management, and collaboration software.
  16. Ability to influence and drive results using data.
  17. Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with an agency.
  18. Ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  19. Proficiency in various selection processes.
