Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining on-premise server hardware, networks, and storage.
• Experience with Proxmox VE virtualization and Linux containers.
• Experience administering JD Edwards ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-premise server hardware, network racks, switches, and storage arrays in the Shah Alam server room.
• Configure, update, and monitor Proxmox VE cluster and high-availability nodes.
• Provide JD Edwards environment administration including user provisioning and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage on-premise backup routines, snapshots, and disaster recovery using Proxmox Backup Server.
• Serve as escalation point for mid-level technical support tickets related to infrastructure issues.
