Job description

Responsibilities

  • Daily routine of checking Disaster Recovery and storage condition.
  • Providing first-level support to the clients to identify problems and provide solutions.
  • Diagnosis, troubleshooting and rectifying technical problems pc/servers/networking within a standard time frame, debug and upgrade existing systems
  • In-house installation & maintenance of hardware and networking.
  • Attending courses to become the certified representative for the suppliers.
  • Document and maintain software functionality.
  • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
  • Ensure software is updated with latest features.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in PC hardware and software support, including MS Office, Microsoft 365 and operating systems such as Windows Desktop and Windows Server.
  • Strong technical knowledge of LAN, WAN, firewalls, and TCP/IP networking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strongly committed to providing quality support.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate with individuals of varying technical expertise.
  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on weekends.
