Responsibilities
- Daily routine of checking Disaster Recovery and storage condition.
- Providing first-level support to the clients to identify problems and provide solutions.
- Diagnosis, troubleshooting and rectifying technical problems pc/servers/networking within a standard time frame, debug and upgrade existing systems
- In-house installation & maintenance of hardware and networking.
- Attending courses to become the certified representative for the suppliers.
- Document and maintain software functionality.
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
- Ensure software is updated with latest features.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in PC hardware and software support, including MS Office, Microsoft 365 and operating systems such as Windows Desktop and Windows Server.
- Strong technical knowledge of LAN, WAN, firewalls, and TCP/IP networking.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strongly committed to providing quality support.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Customer-oriented approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to collaborate with individuals of varying technical expertise.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Willing to work on weekends.
