We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting innovative technology solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and user experience within our organization. This role is crucial in driving digital transformation and ensuring employees have access to essential tools and resources.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive modern workplace strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on cloud adoption, collaboration tools, and end-user efficiency.
• Designing, deploying, and managing modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365 cloud and desktop applications, and other relevant tools.
• Ensuring a seamless user experience by providing training, support, and troubleshooting for modern workplace solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and technological advancements to enhance the modern workplace experience.
• Collaborating with IT, security teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Providing technical support to users and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving technological landscape.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
• Experience with Telephony solutions (e.g., Teams Telephony).
