Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a skilled IT and surveillance support technician to join our team. You will provide technical support, install and maintain IT and surveillance solutions, and deliver on-site and remote assistance to customers.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma, has exposure to surveillance/IT, and can travel to client locations as needed. You will work with minimal supervision and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required.
• Experience in surveillance and IT is advantageous.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to various work locations as needed.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
