Job summary

Camart sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on hardware, software, networking, and system troubleshooting for surveillance and IT solutions. You will install, configure, test, and maintain systems and deliver on-site and remote support to customers.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma, is disciplined, proactive, and able to travel to client sites with own transport. You should work with minimal supervision and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve

Qualifications

Diploma minimum required.
Experience in surveillance/IT is an advantage.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel to work locations as needed.
Own transportation is required.
Disciplined, proactive and responsible.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
Other duties assigned by superior.
