Responsibilities
  • Install and configure IT equipment such as IP KVM, EMS, and Data Centre infrastructure, including DCIM.
  • Perform site surveys, technical assessments, and prepare implementation plans based on client needs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
  • Prepare and deliver solution presentations, proposals, and technical documents to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth deployment and integration of solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and maintain records of activities, assets, and deliverables.
  • Support RMA, service contracts, and warranty processes, including documentation and vendor communication.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT technologies, tools, and industry standards relevant to the role.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • At least 2 years experience in installing and supporting IT infrastructure.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and follow through on deliverables.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to produce professional technical documentation, such as proposals, user guides, reports, and implementation plans.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Willing to travel and work on-site.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong interest in IT technologies, trends, and continuous improvement.
