1) Job Scope
  • Develop and write computer software to perform specific tasks related to organizational goals.
  • Identify areas for modification in software and develop these modifications.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing SOPs, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
  • Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
  • Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definition, and solution development.
  • Participate actively throughout the SDLC stages.
  • Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and operational feasibility.
  • Design IT system infrastructure for the company.
  • Supervise IT hardware repair & support for PCs and printers.
  • Have good knowledge of IT applications, troubleshooting, hardware support, and report generation.
  • Provide support for software & hardware upgrades, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform program testing, debugging, deployment, and on-site user training.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors or management.
2) Responsibilities & Accountability
  • Provide testing, documentation, training, and support for third-party software products.
  • Resolve user problems and questions.
  • Identify ideas to improve software performance and impact.
  • Maintain confidentiality of operations information.

4) Qualifications Required
  • 1 year experience in software development (Required)
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
  • Good command of programming algorithms

Familiar with web programming (Laravel, PHP, HTML, CSS, etc.)

Knowledgeable in mobile development (Dart, React Native, etc.)

Familiar with frameworks and libraries such as Flutter

Good discipline, able to work independently or in a team.

  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu are advantages.
  • Ability to handle short notice requests.
