Your Role & Responsibilities

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth software operations for clients and internal teams by:

  • Delivering technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person for accounting, POS, and payroll software.
  • Diagnosing and resolving software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining software across desktops, servers, and networks.
  • Troubleshooting basic network connectivity and performance challenges.
  • Collaborating on IT projects to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Documenting technical processes and training staff/clients on software best practices.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: High school/diploma required; diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or Accounting (a plus).
  • Experience: 1+ years in IT support/help desk roles. Accounting software exposure (e.g., AutoCount) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware/software setup, remote desktop tools, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills: Stellar problem-solving, clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and teamwork.
