About ProBio

ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team at GenScript Biotech (Singapore) PTE. LTD. in the Kallang Way Central Region. In this fulltime role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective IT support to our APAC users, ensuring their technology needs are met and their productivity is maintained.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues from users in a timely manner
  2. Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of IT issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team
  4. Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software
  5. Maintain accurate records of support activities and incidents
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and procedures
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment
  2. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  3. Proficient in using various IT support tools and applications
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  5. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  6. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices is a plus
  7. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as the role requires close collaboration with our team in China
