  • Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues remotely: PCs, Microsoft servers, smartphones, printers, routers, VMs, VOIP, VLANs…
  • Sets up new users and maintains their accounts through a wide variety of administrative control panels
  • Carefully prepares new computers according to each user’s environment
  • Demonstrates patience, humility, and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Communicates tactfully with customers of varying technical knowledge and emotional states
  • Near-perfect English speaking skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT / Help Desk
  • Entry to mid-level experience
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Servers is ideal; ability to discuss mid-sized IT infrastructures
  • Provides support via phone, chat, email, and remote management tools to help users resolve technical issues
  • Certifications such as A+ and N+ are preferred; company offers certification support
  • Working knowledge of servers and networking equipment
  • Experience with troubleshooting server and network outages
