Job description

IT Support Executive / E-Commerce Web Developer

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (preferred).

Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience with Shopify & Sitegiant.

Familiarity with domain/DNS management and web hosting environments.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for internal hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and server systems.
  • Manage and update e-commerce websites (primarily Shopify).
  • Customize Shopify themes, troubleshoot plugins/apps, and implement new features.
  • Ensure website functionality, security, and performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams for web content updates.
  • Monitor website analytics and implement improvements for performance and UX.
  • Backup and disaster recovery management for IT systems and websites.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Shopify Liquid (templating language).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
  • Experience with email marketing tools and integration.
