A leading eCommerce company is seeking an IT Support Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves providing hands-on technical support and managing IT operations. Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware/software, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with IT projects. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, possess strong communication skills, and have a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer, responsible for providing hands-on technical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, and network systems. This role is based on Malaysia
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners.
● Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more)
● Responding in a timely manner to service users issues and requests.
● Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.
● Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects, such as testing new technology on hardware and software.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
● Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
● Interest in working for an eCommerce industry.

● Knowledge and/or experience with a variety of computer hardware and software system
● Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team
● Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
