Overview

Support and maintain IT network infrastructure, with emphasis on Cisco networking equipment, network port activation, and cabling coordination with vendors. Troubleshoot, configure and resolve network connectivity issues, terminal server breaches, and related manufacturing system support. Support for barcode printers, multifunctional printers within the production environment. Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware — Laptop, Desktop, servers, and peripheral devices used in manufacturing operations. Perform routine monitoring and system checks to ensure network stability and the smooth operation of production-related IT systems. Set-Up and maintain accurate documentation of network ports, cabling layouts, and system configurations.

Job Requirements

• High proficiency in network environments and hardware troubleshooting.
• Skilled in problem-solving, independent work, and cross-team/vendor coordination.
