Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-orientedTechnical Support Engineerto become a vital part of ourOffice 365 support team. In this position, you’ll provide post-sales technical assistance for a range of Microsoft Office 365 services, includingExchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and more. The ideal candidate should be fluent inboth English and Mandarin, with strong troubleshooting abilities and a passion for delivering world-class support to a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and effective technical support forMicrosoft Office 365 servicesthroughphone, email, and live chat.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related toExchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally inboth English and Mandarinwith a diverse customer base.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the support platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate unresolved or complex cases as needed.

  • Continuously update knowledge on new Office 365 features, updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degreeinIT, Computer Science, or a closely related field—or equivalent practical experience.

  • Demonstrated experience intechnical support, especially involvingMicrosoft Office 365 or cloud-based services.

  • Solid understanding of theOffice 365 ecosystemand its core components.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills inEnglish and Mandarin.

  • Ability to thrive in ahigh-paced, customer-centric environment.

  • Possession ofMicrosoft certifications(e.g.,MS-900, MS-203) is an added advantage.
