Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate job arrangements, liaising with clients on project start dates and durations
  • Handle procurement of electrical parts and equipment
  • Deliver documents and reports to clients
  • Manage office invoicing and billing

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or certificate in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or HR is encouraged
  • Related field experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and strong teamwork skills are advantageous
Additional Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining good business relationships with clients
  • Attending to inquiries and preparing quotations
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Following up with prospective clients
