Responsibilities

As an IT specialist, you will be responsible for supporting QCP’s IT infrastructure and operations as well as business continuity control on-premises and on cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across IT and business to create and drive solutions to effectively address cyber security and business continuity risks, build trust, improve resilience, and achieve our business goals.

  1. Helpdesk and IT Service Management support
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to QCP users for the remediation of IT issues across three shifts.
  • Support user helpdesk requests, such as for account / access related issues, VPN and network connectivity, collaboration and productivity tools support, endpoint troubleshooting, etc.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and handover of issues to the next shift.
  • Monitor and report on IT service level trends and production incidents.
  • Support QCP IT change management process: ensure that changes are assessed, tested and approved before implementation.
  • Manage after office hour emergency change.
  • IT Ops Support
    • Support IT Security training and awareness sessions.
    • Support regular risk reporting, such as Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting and audit point tracking.
    • Maintain IT outsourcing register and contracts. Support periodic Third-Party risk assessments and due diligence checks on vendors.
    • Perform system and server monitoring via Grafana Dashboard.
  • Identity and Access Management / Privileged Access Management
    • Integrate enterprise applications to Okta using SAML, OIDC, SWA or OAuth for Single Sign On purpose.
    • Organize semi-annual access certification campaign and application access review.
    • Support for Okta Workflows, Okta Connectors, and Okta Resource Centric Access Requests.
    • Administer CyberArk Privileged Cloud and Alero, including role-based access controls, user accounts, and policies.
    • Review privileged accounts to ensure the accounts align with the principle of least privilege and remove any excessive permissions.
    • Identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities on the CyberArk Components.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
    • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in IT Service Management, Helpdesk, Server, IAM, PAM, and/or Network support.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
    • Exposure to DevOps and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is a plus.
    • Experience supporting core IT infrastructure such as servers and networks is desirable.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
    • Industry certifications and knowledge of frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, CISM) are advantageous.
    Preferred Experience
    • Experience with JAMF, Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, Grafana, SNMP Exporter, Bash scripting, MSSQL.
    • Proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation and custom plugin development.
    • Familiar with Webform field commands (iFrame, XPath, Full XPath).
