Job description

• Advise departments on collaborative topics, including the Global Intranet, for Azure-hosted and O365 cloud-based SharePoint applications
• Manage requirements and create solution concepts
• Lead or participate in projects for the implementation or further development of technical and functional requirements
• Define administration and governance for collaborative SharePoint-based services in the Microsoft 365 suite and implement necessary tools and Reports
• Support the introduction of new services, including handover to Service Desk and Local Technical Service
• Execute user adoption events and training measures
• Manage both 2nd and 3rd level support for collaborative solutions provided by HCL and support the key user community and operational IT organizations with technical expertise
